I just ate 1 cup of steamed vegetables broccoli and carrots
1 bite of a little fish finger
1/3 cup of cottage cheese
a little thing of applesauce
I WAS POST TO be fasting I ate about 250 calories today!!!AHHH
I am just to about workout for an hour I worked out earlier today for an hour so I would of worked out for 2 hours today burning 700 calories. Im so worthless.
