Food diary for May 14th 2013

I had today

2 bottles of water

1 slice of homemade bread with chia seeds (160 cal.)

1 table spoon of organic peanut butter  (95 cal.)

1/2 of a grapefruit (40 cal.)

1 bottle of water
diet cherry coke (1 cal.)

3/4 of a 100 calorie frosted flakes tin (75 cals.)

2 bottles of water

diet cherry coke (1 cal.)

diet snapple (10 cals.)

vita muffin top (100 cals.)

6 chocolate chips (40 cals.)

weight watchers ice cream bar (130 cas.)

Mint tea (0 cals.)
1 bottle of water

 662 calories (thats a lot I know)

And I ONLY EXERCISED 1 HOUR AND 30 MIN.  I WAS SUPPOSED TO EXERCISE FOR 3 HOURS BUT IM JUST SO TIERD
