Food diary for May 14th 2013
I had today
2 bottles of water
1 slice of homemade bread with chia seeds (160 cal.)
1 table spoon of organic peanut butter (95 cal.)
1/2 of a grapefruit (40 cal.)
1 bottle of water
diet cherry coke (1 cal.)
3/4 of a 100 calorie frosted flakes tin (75 cals.)
2 bottles of water
diet cherry coke (1 cal.)
diet snapple (10 cals.)
vita muffin top (100 cals.)
6 chocolate chips (40 cals.)
weight watchers ice cream bar (130 cas.)
Mint tea (0 cals.)
1 bottle of water
662 calories (thats a lot I know)
And I ONLY EXERCISED 1 HOUR AND 30 MIN. I WAS SUPPOSED TO EXERCISE FOR 3 HOURS BUT IM JUST SO TIERD

Why do I feel so guilty
Well this morning since i am doing the 3 day diet witch is kind of calorific the only reason why im doing it is to jump start my metabolism.
I had a huge breakfast
2 bottles of water
A huge piece of toast 160 (cal.)
1 table spoon of peanut butter 95 (cal.)
half a grape fruit 40 (cal.)
2 bottles of water
lunch 3/4 of a 100 calories tin of of frosted flakes 75 (cal.)
1 bottle of water
380 calories today so far witch is 20 calories below what I planed for
Im supposed to have 400 calories until dinner time I will have 252 calories for dinner.
94 calories of 3 ounces of chicken breast
1 cup of broccoli (32 cals.)
1 cup of carrots (52 cals.)
1 cup of strawberry artic zero (74 (cals.)
But I feel really guilty even though I stuck a little under my plan I did change the food a bit though so maybe that is why. Also when I get home i am exsersizeing for 3-4 hours. I feel like I'm obsessed with exercise 2 weeks ago I binged ate 2000 calories so I exercised for 9 hours so I guess that will help my metabolism. I COULD NOT WEIGH MYSELF THIS MORNING. Because the scale is in my parents bathroom and I could not sneak in there when they were not looking AHHH.

FUCK AHHH
I just ate 1 cup of steamed vegetables broccoli and carrots
1 bite of a little fish finger
1/3 cup of cottage cheese
a little thing of applesauce
I WAS POST TO be fasting I ate about 250 calories today!!!AHHH
I am just to about workout for an hour I worked out earlier today for an hour so I would of worked out for 2 hours today burning 700 calories. Im so worthless.

Yay 25 more days of this hell hole called school is over. I decided to fast today, I kind of cheated I drank a diet cherry coke 1 calorie and a diet wild cherry pepsi max another 1 calorie. So I had 2 calories today im almost done exercising i have exercised for 40 min but I really want to do an hour.I binged yesterday 4000 calories I KNOW IM FAT. Im so depressed how could i let myself get this way I used to be 69 pounds now Im 126 AHHHHH I think im gonna do the 3 day diet tomorrow except I will change it a bit to make it a bit more low calorie.

Hello and welcome to my blog my name is Anna and I have struggled since early 6th grade with anorexia and binge eating. I was always the fat child in 5th grade i was 4'8 and 109 pounds I started getting an eating disorder When I was in 6th grade I got down to 69 pounds I was 5'3. My lowest weight was 63 pounds. Then I developed binge eating got to 135 pounds. Now im 126. This blog is going to be a place for me to share my Knowledge about dieting to you and for me to keep track.
